Description of Work: Worse case scenario, purchased 4 new appliances when delivered the fridge had a dent. Took 6 service visits 30 phone calls, 6 months to get the correct replacement door. Customer service from sales, service specialist, store manager was awful, they were sorry but didn't do anything to resolve issue. I can understand mix up one or two times, but 6 times there's no excuse!
