I called early in the morning (~6:30am) and the phone was answered and an appointment set for 9am the same day with the owner. He arrived on time. From the time of greeting, to the time equipment was brought in and the drain was unclogged was only about 9 minutes. He then used a different attachment that worked on any possible roots that may be in the pipe, which should help us not have issues for awhile. Then, I asked if he could take a look at the tub's slow drain, which he did. Before leaving, he cleaned up the area in the basement with his own cleaning spray and towels, which I appreciated. The entire visit from start to finish was ~45 minutes. The owner is very experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. The cost for service is extremely reasonable.
