Two years ago, the floor was installed and looked great for a week. Then there were big separations opening between the planks. They came back and tried to fix the many problems with transition strips which only made the problem worse. By the time they were done "fixing" we had more of a mess than when they started. We finally just gave up on them. The floor continued to separate and was loose and very noisy. We called in a hardwood floor expert who said it couldn't be repaired but had to be replaced. So for another several thousand dollars we now have new floors. They greatly exaggerated their ability to work with wood flooring.

Everyone was fantastic to work with. I was kept informed of progress and updated on any changes to the schedule.

Workers arrived early every mourning and went right to work. The crew took small breaks including lunch, and did a good job of cleaning up after them selves. Communicated well with us when needed. All and all they did a satisfactory job on the garage and a great job on the Pergola. The lead man was very knowledgeable and good at his job. There were delays some couldn't be helped but some could. Was told they would finish the project the same week but decided to take a four day weekend with out letting us know, was not pleased! Could have at least informed us of this. We felt they were a little pricey. But we are happy with the finished projects.

Renewco did an excellent job for us. The kitchen countertops, sink, faucet and back splash look great. Work was completed in a very professional manner and on-time as promised. Clean up of construction debris was excellent. We did have some problems with the Morning Star Bamboo flooring. (See separate listing for Lumber Liquidators.)The boards were installed properly but separated in excess in multiple places. Renewco stuck with us through the claim and complaint process. They came back several times to help us work out a solution to our problem. Our floor is looking good thanks to their efforts. We highly recommend David Stephens and RenewCo.

He is very good. We used them last August. He acted as the contractor. He oversaw the roof. He also laid some floors in the bathroom, he did some custom built work in the den. He also fitted a flat screen for us in the den, he widened one end of our den to accommodate the television and he did some shelves for us. He was a perfectionist. I would recommend him. He was very good. We did not do any comparing in relation to price. It seemed high, but the quality of his work was very good. The price was reasonable to high. We would use him again in the future.
