We were very pleased. They came and they were very efficient. They were very good. They're friendly, efficient and they did a fine job. I was very satisfied with it. Their price is really fair.

When they arrived I had all the furniture I could move out of the room. They didn't seem to happy that I did ask that they move the couch and loveseat and clean under them. They cleaned the whole area very quickly...when I came upstairs when they were done the carpet was EXTREMELY wet and it ended up taking at least 24 hours for it to dry out. The carpet did not even look like it was cleaned, I didn't even mention that to them they told me it didn't come clean b/c my carpet was too worn out and had to be replaced. Stanely Steemers always gets it looking nice. A week later I recleaned the carpet myself with my steam cleaner it came 90% cleaner than when they cleaned it and it only took 5 hours for it to dry after and that was with me cleaning it and rinsing it. They were respectful other than you could tell they had attitude when they had to move the loveseat and couch. Also, they didn't have to put anything back on the carpet but they didnt' leave anything for me to stick under my new wood furniture to be able to get it out of my kitchen nor did they put blocks under my new sofa and loveseat like stanely steamer does. Lesson learned..you get what you pay for, next time I stick with Stanely steamer. I only have my carpet proffessionaly cleaned once a year the rest I do it myself. I was excited with the reviews of this company and saving a few bucks but boy did I learn my lesson:-( be warned...you get what you pay for!!!

Prestige Carpet Cleaning did a beautiful job and they were very reasonable. They had a beautiful design on my carpet.

Hector was on time and very professional. He thoroughly cleaned the carpets through our entire house including removing stains from our dog. The carpets look great. We will definitely use Prestige Carpet Cleaning again.

First they came in and helped me move the remaining furniture that was too heavy for me to move. Then they pretreated the stained areas and the high traffic areas. Then they used equipment that connected to their truck with a large hose. The whole process only took about 45 minutes for my living room. Then it was finished! That easy! As I mentioned earlier, it took two days to completely dry but it was well worth the wait. My carpet looks like new!

Our furniture was thoroughly steam cleaned and deodorized. This was the first time we've had our furniture cleaned, which we bought new about 6-7 years ago. The furniture looked great upon completion. Since we have laminate flooring, I was disappointed with the amount of water left around the bases of the furniture after the cleaning. I ended up wiping the floors down after the service man left. Other than this, I was pleased with the service provided.

With moving out of our apartment, we needed to have the carpets professionally cleaned. We have two cats, and a previous cat, that made a number of and quot;messesand quot; on the carpeting. We spot cleaned these areas right away, but with spot cleaning stuff doesn't all go away. So we knew that there were some bad places in the carpets. Called Prestige Carpted Cleaning and got and estimate of $49.00 to clean the living room, bedroom and the hallway connecting the two. My only complaint with Prestige was that they did not call a day or two before the service date to confirm. (I scheduled them about a month out from when we needed them). They said that they would be there between 8:30/9 in the morning, and I believe they showed up about 8:45. Within a half hour they were finished with the job and the carpet looked really good. I was happy that they were so quick about it, as I had a funeral to go to that morning at 10, and they were finished and packed up by then. They also gave me good suggestions to get a red stain off of a white painted wall that came from a pillow that was wedged between the wall and sofa to keep the cats out from behind the sofa. Would definitely hire them again. Especially since they also do upholstry cleaning as well at a very reasonably price.

Hector is the guy that was there to clean my carpets... He was absolutely wonderful. My landlord had made us turn in our keys 4 days early so I didn't have a way to get into the building without somebody letting us in. Hector patiently waited with me for 20 minutes before we were finally able to get into the building. He started cleaning right away, and if he was able to get those carpets cleaned, he must have some high power cleaning supplies! The carpets turned out like new! I wish that I had gotten them cleaned when we had moved in (although then I would have found out from the beginning that there was blood residue on the carpets in my bedroom :( .) I just moved in with my boyfriend, and we plan on using Prestige Carpet Services to come and clean his living room which has a few stains! Absolutely wonderful. The lowest price in town and the best carpet cleaning I've ever seen!
