I need a pool furnace and I told him to order it and he did not. He was going to replace my pool light and he told me I needed to empty then he forgot and the lights were here for a month. Then he told me I down need to reduce the pool water to put the lights in. Then the lights don’t work because he blew a circuit. When he put the heater in I told him I needed the warranty and the operating instruction book, I asked him 5 times via phone calls and emails. He would not respond to me so when I went out to check on the pool the manual was outside wet in the rain. So I called him up and said I want the pool heater set at 84 and he said just push a button, this was before I got the book. He reset the heater at 77 and reset the pool skimmer 4 different weeks. So I left a note telling him to stop resetting it and then he finally left it alone. He charged an additionally $100 and he wanted paid in advance. The entire summer he was angry with me, he kept yelling.
