Called the office, receptionist was friendly, and scheduled an appointment for 10/24. Office ended up calling the day of the appointment stating service worker was not able to make it due to an emergency service call. This fine and they gladly re-scheduled. Ended up scheduling a week later, they called to say they could come early, and the worker was very professional and willing to explain things. No issue came up so the appointment was pretty brief. Prices seem to be in-line with competitors that aren't offer coupons. I would rather pay a little more to have the company that installed the furnance. Overall a very good experience. I will call them in the future for any furnance needs.

I called the office and the receptionist was very friendly and accomodating to my schedule. As for the inspection, the worker arrived promptly and was professional. There wasn't alot of chit-chat if you will, but he did explain certain things to me that were helpful. The tune-up was complete within 20-30 minutes and he seemed to do a thorough job (checked inside, out, thermostat, etc). Fortunately we had no issues, so nothing major was needed. The tune-up price seemed to be around if not slightly below the average tune-up assuming no coupon. I will more than likely call this company back each year.

They were prompt, and professional. I liked the quality of their work. I felt their price was fair. I been working with them for 20 years.
