+ -1 moreThey were punctual and communicated very well with me, the client. I was comfortable having them work in my home. The crew was personable and professional. The following Fall, Nicolet had to return to re-seal a joint in the exhaust vent pipe. Hence the B rating and if I could give an AB rating, I would. In any regard, I will have Nicolet return for routine inspection and maintenance. Overall, better than average and I will definitely consider them for future work.
Description of Work: Nicolet replaced my residential forced air heating and cooling units as the pre-authorized contractor in our utility's energy conservation grant project. This included recommendations of systems and manufacturers, which I then choose considering budget and quality of the manufacturer. The project also included removal of the old equipment, match-up with the existing natural gas piping and ductwork, and new intake and exhaust vent piping. My cost listed was about two-thirds of the project., the utility grant covering the rest.
