Everything was perfect about this job, the only thing I would have like to be done differently is to have the joint where the downspout meets the ground to have the screws on the sides so we could easily lift it for mowing the lawn/trimming etc. If we have to bend it over time it will snap off the metal area where the screw holds the two pieces together. As a customer this was one of the smoothest jobs completed by a company! He came out to color match when he was in the area. He called to give us a price and asked when he could come out to complete the job. Showed up as expected and we received a bill in the mail about a week later. Stress free! Thank you!

The crew was a pleasure to word with. The quality of workmanship was excellent. J-boxes were installed for all outside lights, water faucets and other house projections. The job was done within the estimated time ( the weather did cooperate.) Excellent trim work on windows and foundation.

They had a truck that leaked oil on my new driveway. They said they would clean it in the spring. Did not happen yet. They left a screw from the downspout in driveway and resulted in car tire. They broke 3 outside solar lights. They left at least a dozen long nails in the grass next to the driveway. They broke part of cover for vent for Bathroom exhaust.

It was such an easy process. Greg said he would be able to pop over a day in the near future to take a look at what we needed. Just a few days later he called me with a color match and a quote for the job. We were happy with the price and he said that he would be able to come with in the next few weeks since it was such a quick job and would squeeze us in when in the area. He came sooner than expected and the down spout looks great! Now he is just issuing a bill and we are good to go! This was a very effortless task on our part and that is due to the great responsiveness and on-task management by Greg.

It went very well. They are awesome. The owner gets you taken care ASAP and the service is always great!

Arrived on time , went right to work. Removed existing window first , cleaned up excess grouting and other and material around existing old window , removed old flashing , placed new window , placed new flashing , cleaned up excess pieces of old grout with vac. , loaded old window into van and they left . Extremely efficient and fast.

My experience with them was fine. They are a very good local company, and they are great in everything!

Went to store and picked out the doors we wanted. Picked a date for installation. They arrived on time and did a very professional job. The clean up when done was very complete.

One of the owners came to see what I wanted done and gave me a decent quote for a price on medium priced windows. Some had a wood-look on the inside for a room with paneling. They guys came and worked for two days. They are real craftsmen...having to shape the aluminum cladding to fit tightly with the uneven log siding on the house. They finished off the wood window sills very well where they had to cut out some wood dividers. They were very friendly and informative.

One of the owners came to see what I needed done. He asked a lot of questions to make sure I really got what I wanted. He worked with me to get a fair price that I could afford and still have very nice, high-quality steel doors. One of the doors was a special size...shorter than normal...and I wanted it brown on the inside to go better with the paneled room it went into. This special request was no problem for them. The installer was a real craftsman because nothing in my house seems to be 'normal' so he had to adjust things to make the doors fit right and look great. I love the doors and plan to get 2 more replaced in 2012.

We were so disappointed in the lack of responsivness, and then just assumed we were going to have them do this job. Very unprofessional.

When the previous owners of our home had gutters installed they weren't hung correctly and some of the grade was off so that they weren't able to drain. Neville's' came and added more hangars and fixed the grade, cleaned the gutters (which we didn't ask for and didn't need to be done since there was only a tiny bit of dry debris in them) and replaced some badly leaking corners (mitres). The mitre work is okay, but some of them still leak a little bit, the hangers are good and the cleaning was done well, even though we didn't want or need it. The biggest issue is the grade that they fixed looks terrible, as if they hit the gutter with a hammer to lower it 3 inches at one end of the house. The other main complaint I have is that the guys doing the work seemed to be working very slowly.
