One word - Terrible. On September 14, 2016 Mr. Young came to my house to repair a wall outlet that was dead and check out a light fixture that was not working. He fixed the wall outlet and determined that the fixture was not working. I told him I would purchase a fixture and wanted to change out another fixture. He told me to contact him when I had the fixtures and he would come by and do the work. About two weeks later I contacted Mr. Young try to set up an appointment date - in the meantime the wall outlet he had looked at was no longer working. He did not respond for several days, leaving me a voice mail stating that he was busy wiring a house for a general contractor and could not get to me right away. I would have gladly done that but remember, the wall outlet he had fixed was no longer working. What happened over the last 3 weeks was a series of voicemail exchanges between us where he kept on making excuses why he could not come over - too busy. I find that he could not fit a 1-2 hour job into his work day (or weekend if necessary) surprising. On October 23, I left a voice mail asking for my money back - remember the wall outlet is not working. I have not received a response. I am extremely disappointed. I paid for a service and received nothing in return.

Wiring of 1300 sq foot addition including 200amp main box; installation of 100amp sub box in the older part of the house and replacement of old wiring or verification that old wiring is safe and meets current codes. We are very happy with their work.
Description of Work: When we added a large addition, we had to update the old electrical (replace old main box with new 100amp sub-service) and add a 200amp main box. Monty worked with us to develop the most cost-effective solution and update the 50 year old wiring in the old part of the house. I have complete confidence in his professionalism and the quality of his work. 8 Years later there have been no problems with either the old house or our newer addition.
