house cleaning
+ -1 moreI expressed my concern and dissatisfaction. The manager agreed that the work wasn't upto the mark but I wasn't offerred a repeat/ discount. In fact after my repeat complaints, there were no further attempts by them to correct their services and I cancelled their service.
Description of Work: Hired to clean my home. The girls were using my bathtowels as mats to stand on and wipe their shoes. The work was unsatisfactory and they left spots that were not cleaned at all. There was dust on surfaces that were apparently cleaned and my carpets were not vacuumed right.

+ -1 moreVery frustrating and quality of final results very unsatisfactory. No on site follow-up by management after first complaint. After second complaint, management would do on site inspection with a third cleaning visit in mind but at this point we have lost faith in the ability of the company to do a satisfactory job. We will perform the cleaning ourselves and are out a considerable amount of money.
Description of Work: Agreed to "one time deep cleaning" of a vacant home. Paid up front for the entire project. Did not satisfactorily perform job on first scheduled visit to home and performed only slightly better on subsequent follow-up visit to the home for the cleaning corrections. Would not refund half the money upon request but would schedule a third visit to the home or would refund $50.00. Frustrated with the number of visits now required for a "one time deep cleaning" we gave up. Would not use service ever again and cannot recommend to anyone else.
