Description of Work: Powerwashed and stained our fence.

Description of Work: I had previously used another person, but I couldn't find them. They also had been a referral. I believe this person was referred by Wisconsin Log Homes. I have used them since 2002. The service provided was staining a log home. This is not painting. They responded fairly soon after I contacted them. They explained what they did and I had some dialogue with them before the job was started. They required half of the amount before they would start. I was not happy with that, but I complied. The first time they did the job they underestimated the amount of stain. But each succeeding time they knew how much because I kept the records. I don't know if they keep records. They did clean some windows because the birds fly into the windows and had messed them up. The price included the stain. Before staining the house they must power wash it. An outside faucet should be available or is preferable for this. Temperature and weather must be right to do this job. So as soon as the right conditions were there they came out and proceeded. In addition to staining the house and garage they were to stain the deck and a small front porch. All railings were to be included. This staining must be done at least every 5-6 years. I think it took about 2 days if weather and temperature held up. I was pretty much pleased with the job they did. They were not messy and cleaned up after themselves. I could not see where any stain was where it shouldn't be. The house looked very good when finished. They were pleasant and professional. There was no need for them to come inside the home as this was all exterior work. I believe two people did the job. I would use them again if they are available when the time comes.
