Description of Work: sewage constantly backing up in basement because he would not fix his lift station rude employees pushing their way around In our house would do random inspections and dig through your cabinets and refuse to fix anything please save yourself money don't rent from him

Description of Work: Lochman Enterprises llc of Green Bay,WI. owns and rents apartment that at times refuses to do maintenance repairs unless ordered to do so by the village or city building inspectors. Please go to NBC26.com click on video scroll down and across to TICKED OFF TENANTS (mold problems) and this will show you his rental/maintenance practices. When you do involve the village or city inspectors he will retaliate against you by trying to evict you.
