Description of Work: Contacted Kimmel's Locksmith to re-key two locks. I set up the appointment for the following day. He arrived on time and pulled both locks. After re-keying and installing them he informed me that the dead bolt wasn't setting properly because it was missed aligned with the door jam. (the door had recently been replaced by someone that I would never hire again but that's another story). He re-drilled the door jam and installed the plate that hadn't been there before. He then asked be about the garage entry door and we informed him that it was never used. He then placed a key into the lock and broke it off so no one would be able to access the door for our safely. Mr. Kimmel is very conscientious and his work is top notch. If we ever have any lock problems in the future, we'll be calling him.
