+ 2 moreThey were very good. They went over and above. I liked them a lot. They really care. My wife and I have trouble visualizing what it's going to look like, and Sandy behind the desk went out of her way to put things together and everything else. It was excellent work.
Description of Work: They do our tile, flooring and carpeting.

+ -1 moreThey are fantastic to deal with. They take the time to find out what you need at a price you can afford. Then they come out and measure, set a date for installation, and it is done in no time. Very professional. One thing to mention is that you only have 1 choice for a carpet pad. I have had some carpet for 5 years now and I do notice that the pad does mash down some.
Description of Work: The last time I used them was for installing carpeting in the spare bedroom. I have used Joski in the past for both carpeting and tile services. I had tile installed on a bathroom floor and carpeting in living room, bedrooms, stairs, and finished basement floor.

Description of Work: My daughter purchased a brand new home with tile installed by Joski. 3 tiles were cracked and they were supposed to replace. 9 month later, tile still isn't replaced and she now has 3 more that are cracked. They said they don't have any of he tile left and need to make a pattern with different tile. Now the tiles are cracked in different spots on the floor. Phone calls are NOT being returned. Will NEVER do business with them again, nor will the countless people she and I have told about her experience.
