Everything went very smoothly and the price seemed very competitive to other company deals. I would highly recommend. Emailed company for quote and had a response from Karen within 60 minutes with an approximate quote and answers to our questions. We set up an appointment with her as well. Company (Dave and Gage) arrived on time and were very professional/personable. Explained what we needed, which was a general carpet cleaning of the house. From there they did their measurements and gave us the quote. For for about 610 square feet and 12 steps it ended up being about $160 prior to the April special they were running. They had the work done in about 90 minutes and could tell the difference as the carpet was brighter/refreshed. Upon completion we paid the quoted amount and were good to go. Very pain free process and professional company to work with.

It was wonderful. They got out a lot of the stains that I didn't think would ever come out. I like that they call you before they come. If they can come earlier, they will ask you if they can. They are really good, friendly, and good workers.

Prompt, professional, courteous. Definitely will have them clean carpets again.

They did an excellent job getting out the pet stains and getting the carpets clean. Our technician was on time ( they always call before they come} and very courteous and helpful. We've been getting them for awhile now and will in the future. Also, they call to ask how everything went

Easy to schedule. Great communication. Called with reminder the day before and when they were on their way the day of cleaning. Cleaning was done well. We had a few spots they attempted to remove, but could not (colored wax from a candle, set in for a few years). Spots did look better, but not gone. Did not charge for unsuccessful spot removal.

They did an excellent job. They called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were very friendly and professional. The cleaner was very honest with regards to me not needing additional services. I had not had the carpet cleaned in about 7 years. They did a great job cleaning dirt in traffic areas and I was very happy with the results. I would defiantly use again.

The crew was here on time. Also gave a phone call to give us a heads up that they were on their way. They were both professional and very helpful. They had both rooms completed in 45 minutes and successfully got rid of the carpet stains as well. Also I received a thank you note from them for my asking for their services. I would definitely use them again.

It was exceptional. In my own home, we've used Stanley Steemer and they've done a good job, but now having experienced what Jensens can do and the quality and professionalism they demonstrate, I will only use them in the future in my own home. I couldn't believe how great their carpet cleaning efforts were on the dirt and grime on old carpeting - they were refreshed, smelled great and really helped make a difference in the sale of the house. I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, was able to get an appointment the same week I called. They called about a half hour before they arrived, measured the areas, gave a complete breakdown for each room, or rug. They use a machine that not only extracts but also rotates to move the dirt from the carpet fibers. Best professional carpet cleaners I have ever used. Don't hesitate call them you will not be disappointed.

Spoke to Jensen's about a mold problem in my basement. After hearing a description of my problem and the geographical distance from their location and my house, Jensen's gave me a referral to another restoration company in my area that was better suited to take of my needs. I appreciated the honesty and that they took the time to refer me to another service.

I was moving out of my old apartment and I needed to get the carpets cleaned. I had forgotten all about getting the carpets cleaned and called really late in the month. It was May (which I assume is a really busy month for carpet cleaners) and called about a week before the end of the month. I talked with Joel and he was very nice, very professional and really tried his hardest to help me out (he was very honest with me about what they could or couldn't do for me. That was appreciated). All of their appointments were booked up. However, Joel said that if I could be flexible that they would figure out how to work my carpets in between all their other appointments. I said as long as I had a bit of notice that was fine. I would be able to leave my apartment unlocked so they could get in to clean the carpets. This is what happened and they were able to work me in sooner than I thought they would be able to. I was able to leave the apartment unlocked and then went to work. When I was able to go on my break and check on the progress they were all done and had already left. The carpets turned out beautifully. They even got out a mystery stain on the bedroom carpet! I would totally use them again. I would recommend them to my friends and family also. I felt that the price was more than reasonable. My apartment was a smaller apartment. There was a living room, 1 bedroom and stairs. They cleaned all of this for about $109 after taxes. I thought it would be more than that (it had been awhile since I had hired a carpet cleaner) and gladly paid what they charged. I highly recommend Jensen's to anyone who needs a carpet cleaner!

Showed up for appt on time. Very professional. Explained the scope of work, gave quote and completed work. Results exceeded expectations. They did such a good job, I called them to clean the carpeting at work.

It is a really nice place, and their service is good. They just do a good job. They are friendly, and they send out a newsletter and all that. The price is reasonable, and I will use them again in the future.
