 + -1 moreoverall service was great. it was a little inconvenient for us living in Appleton to travel to Green Bay to return a defective collar.

 + -1 moreConsult appointments were on time and very informative. They talked about the other brands available, but did not "trash talk" those systems. Cassie was able to work with our financial needs and got a good payment plan set up. The Jump Start training was great for Dawson, he came back home a very happy boy. He even got a complimentary bath and nail trimming. Installation went smooth and was virtually mess free. There were only three spots in the yard that were dug up, and that was on either side of the driveway, and up tight against the garage. These were only 4"x4" areas, so nothing to really complain about or lose sleep over.
Description of Work: Cassie came out to evaluate our needs and give us an estimate based on the size of our yard. We have a small yard and proposed that Invisible Fence Boundaries Plus was the best product for us and our dog. He is an active Bull Terrier mix that is about 50 lbs. The Boundaries Plus gave us an extra 300 sq ft of space because the there is only a one sided boundary vs. two sided of their other products, as well as those of other brands. Another plus that Invisible Fence from Golrusk offers is their Jump Start program. They take your pet three days prior to installation of your fence, and do intensive training on the system. With our dog, the day of installation, the trainer came out to our house to do training with Dawson, and he was pretty much trained. All he needed to be trained with was where the boundaries were. We've gotten 3 yrs of battery service. We are also ambassadors for our area for the Invisible Fence Boundaries Plus. Installation of the fence was performed by Mike and he was very accommodating. He had called stating that he was running a little late, which was appreciated that he called. When he arrived, I needed to leave to run a few errands. He switched up his process for install, and would install the panel at the end, when I got back.
