The estimating and quoting phase went perfectly. When it came time for installation, there was a problem with one of the materials, it was ordered in the wrong color. They quickly got the correct material in house to correct the error and keep the project on track. In the end, the installation was beautiful and perfect. The installers were courteous, clean and professional. The price of the project was reasonable for the product and service received.

Very professional On time.

We were satisfied with the quality of the product and finished installation results. Our salesperson was very helpful in making initial selections. The delay in time from ordering product to actual installation was frustrating. Dates were promised and we made preparations and then those dates were pushed back a number of times. We would rather not be promised a date until the product had actually been received and a date could be confirmed with all departments involved. If we need to use them again, we would be more aware of this.

Professional phone interaction, appt set up to visit for estimate. Estimate given, accepted, dates chosen for work to be done, depending on when materials arrived- had to special order. All work done as promised, noted a change in color when doing job, pointed out a different color, better option- thank you for pointing out! which I agreed to and am very happy with. HJMartin agreed to accept my SCRIP as payment for services rendered, so my grand child's school benefitted too! Carpet looked nice and clean, heavy traffic area. dried nicely, no wetness residue. All furniture moved. One area rug did not clean up well, left some streaks, could have been my rug? I did not pursue further. Happy with work, would use again. Couldn't get other company to come out and give me an estimate so am not sure if could have found a better value for work done?

Their customer service was great. Everything was great, except for we could not afford it. They came to our house to give the quote. They were very professional. They came to the house, they measured, and they went back and studied together, and called us. Everything was perfect; the guy was professional and intelligent, except for the price.

Installation was excellent. Love my floor. Quote for backsplash was high and when I questioned the pricing was told they don't usually do residental. Very dissatisfied with the salesperson. Was trying to work with two customers at the same time and spent little time with either.

They arrived right on time and worked around the carpet cleaners and adjusted their order of carpet install to accommodate that. They then moved upstairs and the work they did looks terrific. HJ Martin were the original carpet and tile layers when we built our home.

HJ Martin and Son Inc did work for me less than a month ago. I spent $115.00. They are the best of the best. There is nothing comparable. I tried every other cleaning service and these are the best. They are thorough, I called them a month later and they came back and recleaned the whole carpet. I felt he didn't put enough scotch guard on so they came out and re-did it. I've used them for the past ten years.

Lucas and Matt were very professional and did an excellent job on my very dirty carpets. I had every carpet in the house cleaned and they were quick yet thorough. Everything looks great! They will definitely be my "go to" for carpet cleaning from now on.

They moved the furniture and went over carpet in different directions to bring the nap back to its original look. i will definitely being sharing with friends and neighbors of their quality of work.

The workmanship was fine, but they ordered the wrong tile so the project was delayed while they ordered the new tile. I probably wouldn't use them again because they were sloppy about checking the tile to make sure it was correct, but they do a lot of work in the area and a lot of people use them. This may have been an isolated incident.

They were prompt and that is important to me. They came when they told me they would come. The guys moved everything for me, I'm not sure if they had to but they did. They put the styrofoam blocks underneath the big furniture. They cleaned up well after themselves. They put little corner protectors on all the corners so their hoses didn't scrape up the wood work. I was pleased with the cleaning they did. They got all the makeup my daughter spilled on the carpet off.
