I would not recommend them. He came out and he had no idea of what he was doing. It was a bad experience. He did not know how to put the mounting on. The price was reasonable.

Clothes washer became inoperable. Water pump needed to be replaced. Easy appointment setup online. However, time between setup and technician availability was days longer than expected (7 days total). Technician communicated well and did arrive as scheduled. Analysis and repair took about two hours. Water drain pump on 6-year-old LG washer had worn out and wash water was no longer draining. Technician was courteous and knowledgable throughout. Technician had replacement part in stock on truck. We were billed for the appointment, analysis, and repair labor, plus part. Repair was performed on an item purchased from Best Buy, therefore, we did not expect to be billed for sending a technicianan out, if repair was done. Nonetheless, we were billed labor at $100/hr ($100 appointment & analysis, plus $100 repair labor). The technician was with us for two hours; total cost with $50 part was $250. Experience tells me this labor cost is 25% to 35% higher than comparable mechanical and technical labor in our market. The last licensed plumber we had billed us $75/hr labor. A recent Sears repair did not bill additional for sending a technician on an appliance we had purchased from them. Also, the technician did nothing to protect the hardwood floor under the heavy appliance's feet from scratching. Geek Squad corporate has been notified electronically of our issues.
