+ -1 moreMr Meyers invested a lot of time helping us in sellng our home; advice on curb and inside appeal, pricing, etc always had documentation to back up his recommendations. Very helpful advice on working with the buyers and closing the sale. Also very good in purchasing a new home, working with the seller on pricing and resolving issues right down to the last day. Went above and beyond to research zoning issues, etc as we were not familiar with the new area. Made many visits to both houses; he came to us instead of making us come to him. Worked with us to accomdate our schedules.
Description of Work: Commission is a little higher than most, 6 percent, non negotiable. Rick Meyer was excellent in helping us sell our home and purchase another. Hard working, very knowledgeable and helpful in all phases of sale and purchase.
