+ -1 moreThey did a great job explaining why the original spring was not the correct size and also showing how to adjust the tension, etc. with the door opener. We have an unusually large & heavy garage door, so they did have to come back the next day with the appropriate sized spring. Considering they were the only business to both returning my call, waiting one more day for the repair to be done correctly was not a big deal. I will definitely recommend Entry Doors to others and will use them again for future service calls.

+ -1 moreThey scheduled a guy to come right out and fix our garage door. Very professional, experienced, and quick. He even helped adjust the door opener for us too. Price was reasonable and included parts! Now we don't have to worry about it anymore. Would absolutely hire again; highly recommend!

+ -1 moreService was very good. I called in the morning and he was able to do the repairs same day, which was nice as it was Friday and I was not looking forward to parking the cars outside all weekend in the cold. Very friendly and professional.

+ -1 moreTalked to Josh on the phone and scheduled for the following Monday. He came and installed it while my mother was home. I never even saw Josh but my mother says he was easy to work with. He even did an extra couple of things to help my mother out. He charged only labor at a very reasonable rate.
Description of Work: My moms garage door opener stopped working. I had a spare I had bought from Menards on Black Friday that I was planning on installing at a different place. Josh took the one I bought from Menards and installed it at my moms house.
