Look them over before contacting, there is damage done to my wall from them removing mold. Also there is still mold where the flooding was, and he threw some of my boxes around.

They were $600.00 over budget, or higher than the upper end of their estimate. Told me it was due to an extra day of drying. Seems like a lot to keep the fans running an extra day.

When I first contacted the company, the contractor called me back in a reasonable time frame. He was very professional and new what he was talking about. What ever he said he was going to do he did, getting back to me when he said he would...I didn’t have to chase him. If this is how the company and there contractors work I would use them again.

They went right to work. Very professional. Cleaned up when they were finished.

He was sent to me because I needed help installing a light fixture. I explained the issue and he said he could fix it. After looking around, he told me he couldn't. If you need simple work done, he's fine. But if you need electrical work done, he might not be able to help. At least he didn't charge me for the trip.
