Randy Metzler spent a year showing us homes in the Green Bay area. We were moving from Madison and needed someone who was familiar with the area. He was a gem to work with. We changed our minds so many times on the style of home we were looking for, the age of the home, the location of the home. We could have driven someone crazy but he was always professional and upbeat and if he ever felt frustrated - he never showed it. In the end we decided to build and he showed us the lot we eventually purchased. I did not know what to put for cost of service because we did not pay that - the seller paid it.

As first time homebuyers, we were referred to Barb by a friend. We were the 7th in line referral meaning, my friend referred us, his friend referred him, his freind referred him, and so on. I tell you this so that you can see that although I am but one poster here, it comes with ALOT of weight behind it. Barb was AWESOME! When we viewed houses, she told us what we needed to hear not what we wanted to hear. She never mislead us into looking above our price range, nor did she keep us away from property's that were well below our range. If we wanted to see it, she showed it. When we went to open hoses on our own, and we mentioned that we were working with Barb, you could tell that the other agents knew and respected her. This was esspecially apparent as once the other agents knew, we then got the "real story" of the home rather some sales pitch. In the words of one agent, "SInce your working with Barb, no one will BS you because they know Barb will call them on it". Her knowledge and experience shines when looking at a home. It was almost like having an experienced builder with us. She pointed out things that we would have never thought to consider, from basement wall indicators to checking around chimneys. Furthermore, she had alot of information available to us on every single property we looked at. She knew how long it was on the market, why it was being sold, a complete price history, repair history, neighborhhood value and so much more. Alot of this info was available to us before we even looked at the property! If we called her with a listing, she could tell us so much right up front, it saved us ALOT of time. She is like the "encyclopedia of Green Bay realestate"! The only "B" comes as Barb is extremely busy and reaching her for a quick answer can be difficult.. She will however call you back in a short amount of time. And the best of all? Real estate aside, Barb is a great person with an exceptional personality. My wife and I really enjoyed, and looked forward to spending time with her because she is simply put "good people". I simply can't say enough about Barb and would absolutely tell you that if you are reading this, stop your search and call her now, you will not be disappointed.
