Tech was on time, knowageable and personable. I watched him and he knew his way around the furnace. Cleaned the burner and inspected the filters. I had replacement filters on hand and he didn' think it was necessary to change it at that time. The element in the humidifier was clogged with mineral. I had that on hand also and I changed it while he was there. I think he would have changed it for me if I wasn't able to do it. He was neat about his job and didn't leave a mess behind.

They are the dealers in Luxair systems and that is the reason why we used them. They have been very good as far as coming out and checking the equipment. They did set up a maintenance program according to which they set up an appointment in the spring to check the system. We don’t have to worry about it as they will contact us. They have been very good. They have been very professional and done a good job. They are pretty much in the ballpark with the price. I rate them high overall.
