Northstar Restoration found Matt for me as part of a bigger project. Matt came over and we looked at the windows and discussed the optimum solution to prevent future rainwater infiltration. The next morning I had an estimate in my email desribing exactly what we had discussed. I printed it out and signed my approval and Matt scheduled me for August 27th. He called that morning and said he wanted to postpone because of the forecasted rain. I agreed and yes, it did rain, so I was glad we did. They arrived two minutes early on the 28th, and were basically done by noon. I am very pleased with the results. ,

I called Matt and got him while he was traveling so he told me he would call me that evening. He never called. I called him again the following evening and we set up a time for him to come to give me an estimate on doing some masonry repair. When he came he said he would have to think about how he would do the repair and get back to me. That was almost two weeks ago and he has not given me an estimate yet. I don't think he wanted to do a repair job.

We had a custom home built in Northern Wisconsin. Chevalier masonry traveled up here (180 miles) and did an outstanding job with all their work. They were recommended by a large construction company and we couldn't have been more pleased. Workers were professional and very good at their job. Everything went smoothly. They worked well with other contractors working on our house. Prices were better than masons that lived in our area! They showed up on time and always left the work area clean. They had to work around one of Wisconsin's worst Winters and always showed up. Definitely recommended.

Matt provides a personal and very professional service. I searched many Masonary contractors and Matt provided the design and construction of my fireplace on time exactly as expected.
