Description of Work: Chuck has been cleaning the carpets in my home and rental properties for years. He does a fantastic job. I have seen him get carpets clean that I thought should have been torn out and replaced. Yet, he is honest. For example when he cleaned the last rental property he called me and told me he didn't think the "blue stuff" on the bedroom carpet would come out. He wanted to know if I was going to replace it, or have him clean it. It was only in a corner, so I had him clean the carpet. The blue did not come out, but later I found out from the former tenant it was nail polish. No wonder the stain would not come out. He has pet deodorizer and some sort of stain guard spray. I always have everything stain guarded when he is done cleaning. It makes the spills clean up easy, and the stains come out easier. He cleaned the same carpet in the same apartment after having a tenant with a dog. It reeked of dog. When he was done there was still a slight odor. He told me to get a dehumidifier (living room is sub-level). It worked great. The same place, same carpet... I had other tenants that smoked heavily. The walls were yellow with white spots where the pictures were. I painted everything, it still stunk. I called Chuck to come and clean the carpets, and that was it. No more smoke smell. The prices are decent. I paid $369.25 from him to do both sides of the duplex. I let him in, he does his "Magic", he locks up when he is done. Easy, fast and reasonable.
