All jobs were done with punctuality and attention to detail. I would trust the crew anywhere in my home. They are pleasant to work with and stick to budget. If something comes up, they discuss it with you thoroughly before proceeding . Excellent work! Cal and his crew will be back this spring to do some smaller jobs such as re-caulking and garage door repair. It is hard to find a contractor who is punctual, honest, skilled, and responsible. Cal provides this service, and demands it of anybody he puts on his crew. I highly recommend CalBuilds.

Cal Builds is a smaller contractor who does extremely good work. We have used him for years. I call him all the time. He is a general residential and commercial contractor and his work has consistently been excellent. He comes before you expect him, he is always on time, and sticks to his estimate. He doesn't advertise a lot, because I think he just goes from job to job. He deserves to be on Angie's List. He is also good at pulling in good contractors to do the work for him which means we don't have to worry about that. He did a beautiful job on it. The price includes the plumbing, the fixtures, everything in the bathroom, and the wardrobe cabinet. I have the wardrobe in my parlor and it looks like it was a built in that came with the house. I told him my budget was $9000 and he really tries to stay in your budget. He would be an A. We don't go to anybody else but Cal and if he can't do it he will refer you to someone who he trusts who can do it. His price is fair. He will work to your budget. He works with a fine carpenter. The two of them are a great team. If you call him he is there. He will show up 15 minutes before time. He is a very nice man to work with. He is always there. I have never had an issue so he is an A+ in punctuality. He is a person you absolutely trust with your project and it is hard to find someone like that. He will do everything from the small projects to building you a garage. He came in one day with a swinging door for my dog made out of wood and I asked him how much it cost and he said no charge it was a thank you. That is the kind of guy you are working with.
