Beware, they don't take credit cards, you have to pay in full. Everything went as expected and met expectations until it came time to pay. I stuck out my credit card, they stated their credit card machine was broken and had been for a year and a half, even though their website says they accept cards. They said it was too expensive to get a new one. They then asked for a check or cash. I explained that we would really prefer to put it on a credit card because $800 at once is a stretch for us. Got a long story about credit card fees and how awful they are. They then followed me to the bank where I withdrew the cash. We absolutely should have been informed before the service was performed that we would need to pay in full at time of service. So beware, if you aren't able to pay in full, don't use Brown County Plumbing.
