The valve was an off size as my home is very old. Plumber knew how to deal with it and worked around the problem. It appears to be installed but can't really be tested unless the sewer backs up.

Technician was here on time, was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. We definitely will hire them again next time we have a plumbing need.

They were professional, skilled, and cleaned up after themselves. We changed the layout of bathroom so they had to relocate toilet and tub from where they had been originally. They worked this out well before hand to fit with the layout of pipes, foundation etc. I asked a lot of questions as we went along and they answered them respectfully and with the information that I needed. They were prompt with service and always respectful of the property. This is an excellent company to work with.

My old water heater had a gas leak and I decided to just go ahead and replace it since it was the only major item that was still in the house from when I bought it 5 years ago. The lady who answered the phone there was going to pull someone off a current job and send them to mine (because the utility company had shut off the gas to the appliance) but I said there was no reason to do that....they could come the next day. So, they did arrive bright and early the following day, but they brought one of the 'normal sized' water heaters that was too wide for the space I had. The guys left and came back with one of the 'tall' ones...it took them awhile because they had trouble finding one, but I commend them for not coming back without one. As is usual for anything that I have repaired in my house, there were some oddities that the guys had to work around (relocating the gas pipe, etc) but they completed the job in a lot less time than I expected. Fortunately for me, Beno's has a flat fee that they charge for water heater installation (they do NOT charge by the hour, etc) so there was no extra charge for the time they spent locating the right water heater and for the extra time it took for them to work around the tight space in which the water heater needed to go. The guys were great!! The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and very helpful!! This was one of the least stressful appliance repair/replacements I have ever had! Awesome job.

Well done. Knew exactly what to do. Made a few helpful suggestions to improve water routing. Good solid connections and soldering work. Had all necessary parts in his truck. Took all the removed items with him. Very personable and professional. Would definitely use again.

Original appy. was set for two days after initial phone call ,which would have been a Friday. They called me back on Thursday and said they wouldn't be able to keep the appt. and needed to reschedule for Monday. This did not make me happy because I took off work for Friday ,plus I had a slow drip going on and didn't want to put up with it through the weekend. But I was stuck because I couldn't get another plumber before the weekend and I didn't want to pay weekend rates. So I made the appt. for Monday and they showed up on time . I couldn't get the day off ,so they were here alone. The job was completed . Quality work was done . I would trust them again

The provider was polite, timely, and did a good job.

Responded promptly to call. Arrived on time. Made the necessary replacement and left the area clean.

My ONLY concern was the cost of the service which was to replace the stem of the toilet handle. Too steep for my pocketbook.

Mr. Beno was very polite and punctual. We thought we would need a new water heater (11 years old) but he assured us that only a valve needed to be replaced. It took less than 20 minutes.

The guy was professional and courteous. He was very nice. He arrived promptly, and actually called first to ask if he might arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment time. He solved our initial problem, and gave us advice for the future. He fixed the drain in our bathtub and reattached the stopper in the sink, and inspected the floor near our toilet, which we thought might be leaking (he determined it was not). I'd hire him/them again if anything arises.

As mentioned before the service was excellent and they were very professional. The repair was made and they saved me a ton of money by repairing instead of buying a new one. There was no pressure to buy a new one as is faced with some services. Theyu were great.

I wish I could remember his name...ugh! I called Greg about my mom's home she just bought and that the garbage disposal needed replacing and her hot water heater needed to be looked at. Greg had "someone" out the next morning very promptly. The gentleman was very kind and we had a great time talking and he was completely honest while explaining things. He changed out the old garbage disposal quickly and then would not leave until the heat on the hot water heater was set to an acceptable level. The unit is old...did not push a new one on us. Told us we could run it a while yet...we will definitnely get a new one from them when it comes time. Wish they could have done the "Culligan" water softner. They were/are great to work with. Greg was very friendly and easy to work with on the phone. Will definitely use moving forward not only for my mom...but also for us since we live across the street.

Used Angie's List to find a reputable plumber since I've never hired one before. Didn't have to wait too long before they came to complete the work. The plumber was very professional and brought a high grade garbage disposal. It didn't take as long as he said it would take and was able to take care of a couple of other plumbing issues.

We called Beno and a service rep was out in less than an hour to examine the situation. He gave us an estimate and told us what needed to be done. The worker loaded up our new water heater and headed right over. He worked alone, but was still finished with everything in less than 3 hours. Not only did he have to replace the water heater but he had to rebuild the exhaust pipe. Both men were extremely professional and personable.I would certainly recommend their services to anyone.

It's been to long ago to recall details. They were able to replace our water heater in one day is all I remember. Several years later we needed a contractor issued piece for a shower in another home, and we went to their warehouse hoping they were open on a Saturday morning. They were closed, but he was there, let us in, found the part we needed and charged us a small fee. Have not required plumbing services for the past 4 years or so.

Water heater went out, unknown reason. Turns out that an element/thermostat unit shorted out. I was given the options (new element/thermostat) or new water heater (ours is > 15 years). I chose the new parts. He first came on late afternoon on 7/5, but needed a special wrench to remove the corroded element. He came back first thing the next morning. Would have been nice if he had the tool with him the first day, but al-in-all, good service and I would use again.
