Bellyflop Pools

Very unprofessional!!! Company refused to call, did everything through Facebook messenger. Its very clear that they only wanted to get money for a deposit that they are now with holding from my family. It's clear in my messages to them that I was interested if they could get the new liner installed this week. They promised to message me on Sunday to let me know what day they are coming. Never messaged me back. I reached out to them late Sunday and boom.... You are on a waiting list. So several messages later I am to blame for them misleading me, but hey we can get you in on Wednesday. This is the start of red flags. I question if it's going to be a rush job with poor workmanship because I complained and they get sensitive and keep messaging me about how they are busy and are 1-2 weeks out. Not once did they apologize and try to earn my trust back. Not once did they call the number I provided twice to talk to my wife about getting the work done. Just excuses! Then today when I ask about draining the pool, they respond that they will not be serving me and block my messages! They still have my deposit! Rip off alert! Do yourself a favor and stay away. Check Better Business Bureau for other complaints of poor work and excuses! Do what you promise Benjamin! Also how does a company give themselves a 5 star review? Twice? Ben D is the owner and the company can reviews itself?!

I would like to give Bellyflop Pools an A+! I bought a pool table and they picked it up for me. Delivered it, and set it up. They were very punctual. Very professional. Very friendly. And very careful during this Caronavirus pandemic. They wore all the protective gear. They leveled the table, checked the bumpers and roll of the balls and fixed a tear in the felt. I am so pleased with their work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you guys!

they only asked for pictures of existing pool to be emailed to them in return for the quote. So the day they came to set up...they said we needed to rebuild a retaining wall...understandable however if they physically came out to quote they could have warned us in advance.. We had the new wall installed within 5 days and a week later they came back and then informed us we needed 3additional yards of Mason sand....which they could have notified us the day they told us about the retaining wall was here in a matter of 90 minutes,they came back a week later,installed the pool, and said the water would come in 3 days..which it did but they left before the plumbing was started up...which leaked,so it took another day to get that resolved,and started to leak a day later...then they got mad AT ME because I was very upset my pool still wasn't usable after a month of issues. It was finally fixed and up and running 4 weeks later than expected...in addition,because they were mad f- bombs were flying out of his mouth on the last day out of frustration. I never said a cross word I was more than understanding and out up with way more delays than anyone else would have. There was a lot of wasted time which could have been avoided had they come out to inspect the area prior to quoting...just messy all the way around. The water was trucked in by Splash pools and that was the only smooth part about it all!

We tried setting our pool up our selfs and after 3 days we decided to call bellyflop. They came and had our pool up in no time. Very helpful and friendly. Quick to call back.
