It was brilliant, from the initial meeting to finish. They were competitive in price, install service was excellent plus they are a small family owned company. I highly recommend, Dave the grandson of the founder inspired trust and his company delivered. We replaced furnace, a/c, coil, thermostat, venting exhaust added a much better air filter plus they added a register in my hobby room.

We have contracted their service numerous times over the last six months and have always been pleased. The price is always fair and they will come within 24-hour notice. Extremely professional service.

Guy was very thorough when preparing the estimate. I felt very comfortable with him - a straight shooter. Due to the 4th of July holiday and vacation, it was a few weeks until we could get the furnace/AC installed. Due to work, my parents were at my house for the work. They said that the guys who did the installation were very nice, polite and tidy. They were knowledgable on how to install the equiment and answered all of my father's questions (a retired maintenance man). The removal/installation went swiftly until the thermostat. My house is old and there were issues. In a compromise, under my father's approval, the thermostat was put in a spot I really hated (I had plans for that wall). Thank goodness they were more than understanding and came back! It took 3 hours to get the thermostat where I wanted it, but it's there. This is a situation where they could have walked away or charged me to move the thermostat. They didn't and I am forever grateful. Pleased as punch and then some! Above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend Bay Area Services highly. They treat you well.

The company was recommended to me by the company I hired to reroof my home. I was able to reach Dave at Bay Heating very easily and he came out to see the problem at a time that was convenient for me. He was very professional and courteous. He followed up with us after we received his quote and recommended other products and services that made sense for our home also. We didn't buy anything else, but we thought it was very helpful and not pushy at all. The invoice was appropriate and timely. Overall an excellent experience.
