He did have a family emergency with one of his little girls and he had to postpone a few trips over here to complete the work, but he was on the phone right away explaining the situation. I didn't have to wait for him. When his emergency was over he finished the job. I felt his price was very reasonable. I have been very satisfied. They will be back this spring to double check. We know we didn't get rid of them all, because we have a huge old 4th floor and apparently he was able to determine that we had a colony of about 200 critters living up there. We know we may have a few who got confused and return. They return like 4 different times to determine if there is any evidence of bats or if we have one they will come right over. For a full year they will continue their service at no charge. He can't guarantee bats will never ever return, but if they did I would certainly call him. He does a lot of teaching about the critter, the problems, and shares with you that are area is prone to this and he has done a lot of houses. Evidently he does a fair amount of business.
