The new metal roof was completed in less than a week. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. The roofers were professional and courteous. The office staff was responsive when we needed to consult them. We would hire them again. Our new roof looks great. We are very satisfied.

It went very well. I was told it would take 2 1/2 days to complete. Todd Olson's crew had it done in 2 days. Todd walked me through the inspection. Told me some things about the roof. He was more that willing to answer all my questions. After the work was finished the team went around the house and picked up any debris. All were very friendly. The sales person, Greg Dudzik, was very professional. He took his time, answered any questions I had. I do a lot of research before I approach companies. I throw a few questions in just to see how the questions are answered. I do this just to see how well the sales person really knows the product. I did not purchase a car from a dealership, because they could not tell me about the transmission for a hybrid car. Greg was not pushy either. I would recommend this company

Absolutely love my new roof, soffits, and seamless gutters. The installers were absolutely fabulous and their attention to detail was incredible. Clean up was also perfect, as if they had never been here at all. The only downfall was lack of communication with delays in starting the project. Weather delays are certainly expected, it would just be nice to receive some sort of communication regarding the delay and how long they expect the delay to last. Once started though, the roof was finished in less than 3 days. The quality of the work is impeccable and I would not hesitate to hire them for future home improvement projects.

good. They arrived early each day. {3days). Finished by 4:30 and cleaned the yard before they left. They ran out of product and came back the following week to finish the job.very satisfied.

I am definitely very happy with my new metal roof. It looks beautiful. Crew worked fast and was very efficient. Excellent cleanup afterwards. The head people I communicated with during the process were very easy to talk to and explained everything very well and thoroughly. Armor Shield also did my parents roof a few years ago and they remain very happy. The price you pay is more than other roofs, but the quality you get (being a metal roof) makes it worth it. I would definitely recommend Armor Shield Roofing to anyone.

It took over 2 weeks to get the roof done because of bad winter weather, but when the crew was able to work they were friendly and willing to answer questions and address any issues we saw during the install. They cleaned up around the job site every day when they finished and said they will come back when the snow is gone to make sure there is no debris left. The new metal roof looks great. It is difficult to tell that it is not asphalt shingles.

Installation went well took a little longer due to weather. Roof looks great and very pleased with the whole process. The crew kept the yard clean and cleaned up very good when finished with the project. I definitely would recommend this as a replacement or a first roof the construction of the materials and the look of the new roof and the increase in peace of mind and overall home value. It is a bit more expensive but in my thoughts, very well worth it.

It went quite well. Removal of old shingles were done in one day and New shingles were installed the next day.

The process took awhile due to unforeseeable rainy weather but once the crew arrived, the entire project was completed in one day.

Everything went fine. The workers came when they said they would and they were polite and professional.

Greg the owner said that they would call us before-hand sometime in March to start our project. Todd (crew chief) called me on February 17th and informed me that they were ahead of schedule and would be starting our project on Monday the 20th. They finished the roof in 3 days, which may have been helped by the 60-degree weather we had all week! The crew was very professional, courteous and efficient. They kept all of the mess on a tarp and when they left the yard was spotless. In closing, a metal roof is expensive, however after comparing it to our other options, it was the best decision we could make. I plan on doing a follow-up to this review in 6 months to let everyone know how the metal roof stands up to bad weather. My friend has a drone and took some photos of the roofing project as it was completed.

Everything went well. We have a large roof with some skylights, and needed a ridge vent as well, so job took about a week. Workers were friendly and polite and cleaned up after the job was done

The overall project went well. Armor Shield worked with their supplier to get the color we wanted even though it is not a standard stock color in our area. The contractor was very accommodating in rescheduling the start date of the project twice due to a chimney problem which needed to be addressed before work on the roof could start and due to something that came up at the church a few days before the rescheduled start date. The workers always made sure the site was clean and heavy machinery was out of the way for weekend church services. At the end of the project Greg from Armor Shield met with us to review the project and make sure we were satisfied with the job.

This job was a disaster from day one. There were multiple safety issues and it was difficult to work with Greg. When they finally started the work, one of the employees leaned a ladder against the frame of the old window and while taking the trim off, the window crashed into the living room causing the worker to fall from the ladder and brake his leg. We discovered in talks with our insurance that not only did the company not have workman's compensation insurance (despite their website clearly stating they do and the owner assuring us they were covered), the individual was also not personally insured with medical insurance.When the company finally sent out a replacement worker to complete the job, it was a worker accustomed to roofing, not windows. The large window was discovered to be too small for the opening despite being custom ordered. Homeowner's discussed it with Greg, the owner of the company and he said it was intentional so that wide trim could be applied outside to balance the size of the window. The window was installed after building out the frame with leftover materials on the trailer. The rotted trim on the outside of the old window was reused and covered with vinyl.When the project was finished, the window sashes would fall out when opened and light could be seen between the sashes and the unit itself. There were such significant air leaks that the window needed to have plastic over it for the winter. Greg was unwilling to do more than put a few shims in and said that the job was well done and the warranty would cover any issues. Homeowner's hired a home inspector and had the manufacturer of the window units come inspect the job. Both said that the windows needed to be adjusted and were not sealed properly. They had multiple air leaks as well as issues opening and closing. Homeowner's were concerned about utility bills and water damage with the windows staying as-is. After the worker fell and it was discovered that the company did NOT in fact have any workman's compensation insurance, homeowner's were uncomfortable with any employees or Greg himself continuing to work on the property unless they could provide proof of insurance. Greg said he was not required as a small business to carry that insurance and would not be able to provide proof of workman's compensation insurance for any worker he sent out.Homeowner's eventually settled with Greg for the cost of the windows and had to hire another company come out to finish the job correctly. Both windows had to be re-adjusted and foam and caulk needed to be applied both inside and outside the windows.
