Armor Shield Metal Roofing

We have a 2-story house with a steep pitch, and there were 4 layers of shingles on the old roof. Because of this, additional modifications and repairs needed to be done to complete the new roofing job correctly. The crew was experienced and competent, and they knew what to do. The completed roofing job is excellent. Our neighbor commented that the roof really adds to the character of the house. Our house has an addition that was added about 5 years ago, and that roof is asphalt shingle. The roof on the old part of the house blends in well with the existing roofing on the addition. There were two sets of crews/subcontractors; one for the roof and one for the gutters. Both were prompt, courteous, and professional, and completed their work in a timely manner. They communicated with us very well regarding questions and choices that came up during the installation process. The crews operated independently with a minimum of supervision from the parent company. Having decided to make a long term investment in a quality roof, we are very satisfied with the choice we made.

Overall it went well. The only down side was the lack of communication we received from the rep from the time the installers measured the windows to the time that they actually installed them. We would recommend their installers Todd and Kelly to do any project, they were very thorough and super friendly. The windows that were installed look wonderful and were completed in two days. Very happy with the work.

The new metal roof was completed in less than a week. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. The roofers were professional and courteous. The office staff was responsive when we needed to consult them. We would hire them again. Our new roof looks great. We are very satisfied.

It went very well. I was told it would take 2 1/2 days to complete. Todd Olson's crew had it done in 2 days. Todd walked me through the inspection. Told me some things about the roof. He was more that willing to answer all my questions. After the work was finished the team went around the house and picked up any debris. All were very friendly. The sales person, Greg Dudzik, was very professional. He took his time, answered any questions I had. I do a lot of research before I approach companies. I throw a few questions in just to see how the questions are answered. I do this just to see how well the sales person really knows the product. I did not purchase a car from a dealership, because they could not tell me about the transmission for a hybrid car. Greg was not pushy either. I would recommend this company

todd the supervisor kept us informed throughout the entire projects. they worked non stop on our our house. i was very pleased with their work and the 50 year warranty. everyone was very kind around our home

Absolutely love my new roof, soffits, and seamless gutters. The installers were absolutely fabulous and their attention to detail was incredible. Clean up was also perfect, as if they had never been here at all. The only downfall was lack of communication with delays in starting the project. Weather delays are certainly expected, it would just be nice to receive some sort of communication regarding the delay and how long they expect the delay to last. Once started though, the roof was finished in less than 3 days. The quality of the work is impeccable and I would not hesitate to hire them for future home improvement projects.

I am definitely very happy with my new metal roof. It looks beautiful. Crew worked fast and was very efficient. Excellent cleanup afterwards. The head people I communicated with during the process were very easy to talk to and explained everything very well and thoroughly. Armor Shield also did my parents roof a few years ago and they remain very happy. The price you pay is more than other roofs, but the quality you get (being a metal roof) makes it worth it. I would definitely recommend Armor Shield Roofing to anyone.

It took over 2 weeks to get the roof done because of bad winter weather, but when the crew was able to work they were friendly and willing to answer questions and address any issues we saw during the install. They cleaned up around the job site every day when they finished and said they will come back when the snow is gone to make sure there is no debris left. The new metal roof looks great. It is difficult to tell that it is not asphalt shingles.

Installation went well took a little longer due to weather. Roof looks great and very pleased with the whole process. The crew kept the yard clean and cleaned up very good when finished with the project. I definitely would recommend this as a replacement or a first roof the construction of the materials and the look of the new roof and the increase in peace of mind and overall home value. It is a bit more expensive but in my thoughts, very well worth it.

It went quite well. Removal of old shingles were done in one day and New shingles were installed the next day.

The process took awhile due to unforeseeable rainy weather but once the crew arrived, the entire project was completed in one day.

Everything went fine. The workers came when they said they would and they were polite and professional.
