Very well.

Overall, it went very well. They worked to our schedule - workers were neat, personable & obviously knew their business. Called our attention to other maintenance that we would need to deal with in the near future (a roofing problem we hadn't noticed yet) - finished project while we were out of town - did walk through when we returned & placed some trim items for us as we finished - all in all, a good experience. All excellent!!

The job was completed in the time frame we were quoted. The installer, Brian was great! He was on the job every day when he said he would be there. Always cleaned up at the end of the day. We feel that we received excellent workmanship from Brian. The siding is a very quality product and looks beautiful,

We thought the initial install was fine. The crew appeared knowledgeable and skilled. The worked efficiently and cleaned up after. The repair crew that was sent to fix the problem was even more skilled. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do, showed us the progress, worked very quickly, and left the premises in great shape. Rather than address just the one trouble spot, they corrected all potential leaks. We trust the problem has been remedied.

Went well. Some rain delays. Installers did great job; roof looks beautiful. Got many compliments from neighbors. Was hoping the price would be a little less, but again we are satisfied with the quality of the roof.

Shane (foreman), Jerimie and Randy showed up by 8:00 AM each morning. They cleaned up daily, they had to quit early on two days due to weather (Rain & Lighting). Overall they did an excellent job! Shane explained the roofing system very well. Job done one month later due to weather.

All aspects of the project were handled with professionalism from sales to installation. We were impressed with the quality of materials and installation. The crew was good about answering our questions and kept the work site clean. Project timeline was longer than expected due to some out of stocks, competing jobs and weather. The roof is beautiful and combined with the new gutters it has been quiet even in our recent heavy rains.

From first contact at local home and garden show to the home sales visit to the installation, all was done professionally.

They showed up about 2 weeks earlier than initially told and completed within the week of starting. The crew was polite and walked us threw the job upon completion. Yes I would use them again, we look forward to each rain now as this product is much quieter than the asphalt shingles they replaced. Thanks to Greg for your attention.

They showed up early, our job was moved up in their schedule :) Even though it was a rainy period for us they were on the job when they could be. The work site was kept clean and orderly. They also answered my question as they came up. Very polite workers. The job included replacing our sky light which was an oddball size but Gregg found one with out any delays in the job.

My husband was there for the initial consultation. The representative did squeeze my husband into his schedule, which was nice since my husband is on the road a lot. Kudos for working around my hubby's schedule! They were also very punctual. The tentative install date was between June 20, 2014 and July 31, 2014. The work was completed about a week before they were actually slated to start the job. I guess the only complaint we had (and I really hate to complain, because they really are a great company) is that the representative did not offer to show or even bring up rain gutters. My husband did tell him that we needed them. We now have to look to another company to put on our rain gutters. It would have been nice to get the roof and the gutters done at the same time. Other than that, the guys who installed the roof were very friendly and personable. The price was right and the roof looks FANTASTIC! So all and all...JOB WELL DONE!!!

Excellent. They did an awesome job on the install and we're VERY good with our dog, who can be a handful at times.

They measured in fall and I postponed install until spring. I tried to reach them in Feb and March. Then drove to their office and they were gone. Apparently they work out of the home now. They contacted me end of April.

All went very well. I replaced a section of fascia board and applied aluminum fascia shielding before the gutters were mounted, roofers helped me with that. I had to finish up fascia shield application and screw down end roof flap myself. One reservation; When Greg Dudzik, the Armor Shield Representative sold me the contract, he told me that exclusive life time warranty was transferable to a new owner of the home. The warranty certificate left with me states that it is, “To the original purchaser as long as they own the property where the services were performed”, I am not very……

The work was fine but their speed was slow. We ordered the items in May and they did not come in until September. The installation took a little over a day. The quality of the product was good but the communication with them was lacking.

The installation went good. There were issues at the beginning with communication as I thought he had gone out of business because he had moved. He apologized profusely for the issue with the phone and miscommunication. The situation was resolved. I am very happy with the windows and I have noticed the energy costs are now lower and the outside noise is less.

It went fantastic. The roof was complete within 3 days. The crew was professional and answered all of our questions. We love our the look of our new roof and we love the guarantee that goes with it. We would recommend Armor Shield to anyone.

The roofing took longer than expected due to the high temperatures this past August. The sub contractors were professional and easy to work with. Our new roof looks beautiful.

Brian and his some-times helper, were prompt, concurred to our time for start (we are retired so later risers in the AM). They were friendly and professionally business-like, always neat in appearance. They were knowledgeable about the product and very professional about their job. They included us in any choices that were to be made: i.e. how far from outdoor faucets to box them, move the doorbell over to the door frame or leave in place on the wall next to it, etc. Small things but as a homeowner, looks do matter. The job was completed while we were away for a few days. We came home to a neat yard, all signs of construction gone! Brian came the day after we returned, as agreed, to do the walk through and finished small details such as re-hanging the window boxes and putting up our new house numbers. Good people to work with.

My house is 13 years old and last fall I noticed some unusual looking spots on the roof. It was determined that I had defective shingles. The shingles were losing all their stones and left bare spots. I contacted my builder and found out that they had used Certainteed shingles. Certainteed has had class action suits against them for defective shingles. These shingles were manufactured during the 1990's. In pricing roofing jobs, I found that most roofers use Certainteed shingles. This did not leave me with a good feeling. I did some checking online and found out that the asphalt shingles manufactured today are even of worse quality than what was produced in the 1990's. They are an oil based product, so when oil prices went up, they lessened the amount of "tar" used in shingles to keep the price down. They still rate the shingles as 25, 30, or 40 years, but in actuality if you get 9 to 15 years out of these shingles you are doing good. So I looked for alternatives. I got an estimate from Armour Shield for a metal roof system. After getting over the price shock, I did decide to go with them so that I would not have to do another roofing job for as long as I plan to live in this house. I was somewhat concerned that this new roof would look very different than the roofs on houses around me. But I don't think you would know that this is a metal roof unless I told you or you had knowledge of the product. I am pleased with the look and the workmanship of this roof. I believe that I have made a very good decision by using Armour Shield of Wisconsin. Update as of 6/24/13: They had a few things in which they had to complete and it?s been two months now, but they still haven?t done it. I have an ?octagon-shaped? room and they don?t know how to make a cap on the very top of the roof. For what they have up there now, I have told them I just can?t live with that. It looks horrible. It seems like since they?ve been paid, they just don?t care about me anymore. I feel like I?m no longer a priority.

We met with Greg Dudzik last July and signed the contract. Due to weather and other glitches the work was not completely as originally scheduled. Greg did keep us updated as to the status of our order. We appreciated his keeping us in the loop. They got to us in mid-March. The crew arrived on time, worked long days, and completed the job quickly. They left the premises in fine shape. At this point, we are very satisfied with the new roof.

I seen the product at a show.They contacted me and gave me a price and time to complete.The roof looks great.The guys showed up and explained everything to me, I like to ask questions. I had to leave early and they cleaned up everything and closed the doors.

Greg Dudzik was the first one to return my call and provide an estimate. He was extremely responsive throughout the process. His crew completed the project in a timely manner and cleaned up all the debris. Armor Shield, Greg and his crew were all very professional. I would highly recommend them.

They were very clean and efficient. They did a beautiful job. These guys tore all of the previous roofing materials off and put all new material down. We haven't had any problems and everything went great!
