Lots of weather problems, otherwise went good.

Took a little longer than expected for the finishing touches, but all in all very satisfied with the work done.

Very well. They asked me every day if I had any questions or concerns, they addressed any concerns I had right away. The guys were very polite and they clean up every day. The roof looks awesome. I get lots of people asking me about it.

Start of project delayed 1 day due to weather. They showed up just before 7 am the next day and started setting up and evaluating where to begin. We have an addition on the house that had 2 layer of shingles, so they took off 1 layer of the shingles. They removed the old roof vents, put ice dam underlayment on prior to installing the metal shingles. We chose to have a ridge vent system installed, and everything is so straight you don't even realize it is there! We had several choices of color and style of shingle, and for our 1 story bungalow style older home, the results are great. I think we have the nicest roof in the whole neighborhood! No more worry about replacement in 20 years, this roof should last long after we have passed on. The crew were on time, very professional, and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. We got a great price on the product, it even beat the price we were quoted for an asphalt shingle roof. We saw them at a local Home Show, and got the home show special pricing, plus a senior citizen discount. Shane and the crew were awesome. They showed up on time and ready to work, worked hard all day. Despite the heat they remained positive and friendly. Shane and the crew were very patient and answered all of our questions. I really appreciated that they respected me and responded to me just as they did my husband. We trusted them, felt comfortable that they would take care of our property whether we were home or not. They assured me that they would fix things that were done incorrectly by roofer/s when our house was built AND they did. The day they left you would have never known they were there other than our new beautiful roof. We are so glad that we went with this company, no regrets, and we would hire again. Really can't say enough positives, very professional group of guys and clearly know their trade. Last day Shane did a walk through, answered any questions, and encouraged us to contact them if needed. The product is awesome and looks amazing!

The job went well as far as I can tell. The roofers were hard working and courteous. In the approximately four weeks since this roof was finished we have had some heavy rains and no problems have been noted. I realize that a complete review would require going through the four seasons here in the Midwest prior to offering an opinion on the quality of the roof and the workmanship, but I'm confident (and hopeful) that there will be no problems. Should a problem arise, I will amend this review with the nature of the problem and how it was resolved.

The weather was not "helpful" this spring. After several delays due to rain the crew of four arrived and was able to get it done in a little over 2 days. This crew was one of the most courteous I have ever worked with. They worked long days to get it done and cleaned up the work site wonderfully. The barn looks great!

We started with an estimate and the end of July - start of August of 2014. The inspection and estimate was very complete and well put together, he provided us with a bid in a timely manner, and information regarding financing. The work was started in November and anticipated to take about a month, but took longer due to the weather at the time, the work was finished up by the end of January 2015 and he had sent photographs to us to make sure the work was satisfactory. We reside in the home only for a portion of the year and while this work was on-going we weren't around. After the work was completed we were able to see the finished product and we were very pleased with the roofing work, but the clean-up work wasn't as good, mostly due to the snow still being on the ground, but they did come back and do a final clean up of the job site in May and we were satisfied with the clean-up.

We discovered Armor Shield at a home show in Green Bay. They came to our house, showed us their product, and we decided to move forward with the project after having done much shopping around. We were pleased with how quickly we were able to schedule the project and the crew came as planned. They were curteous and professional and kept us updated on how the project was progressing. Our only complaint was that the project took several days longer to complete than originally estimated. Overall- we were quite pleased with the crew, and the finished product.

We were very pleased with the job they did. We love the look of the new roof. Our roof was very challenging with lots of roof lines and three layers to remove as well as other prep work. We appreciated that they took the time to do a great job. Crew was very professional and courteous and kept us informed about their schedule (which at times had to be adjusted due to the weather). I would definitely recommend them.

I had been looking to update the roof on my 100+ year old house for the last few years and my wife and i attended a show to look at the metal roofing systems as we strolled around the booths of supplier and fill out forms for a chance to win products of sorts of different stuff, we came across one more roofing booth at the show, which caught my eye as we passed by,then turned around to check them out. After asking several questions and checking out the samples of the product i filled out a request for a quote and made an appointment to get pricing. My wife runs a family day care from our home and needed to agree on a date and time that would meet our schedule, on February 17th we sat down with the salesman Greg. After about a 90 minute session and some pictures along with a short inspection of the inside roof in the attic we talked pricing, to be truthful,I thought the the metal would be way out of my pay scale!--(why you ask?) over the years i had several estimates on replacing the roof, many of them were very costly just to take off and replace this very large house (about 25 square) with 4 total layer of old roofing. At this point I thought the price was appealing and was ready to make a deal, just knowing myself I have a tendency of agreeing to the service only to come back a day later to cancel the job. under state law we have 3 days to cancel in writing the agreement you signed which i was very close to doing, that is when i pulled out the old quotes to review and found this was not too far off other jobs estimated. Greg our salesman was great and worked with us to get things going forward. when presented the quote in agreeing and signing the paperwork you need to put down (1/2) the money of the job to keep the show discount pricing offered at the time of the visit. At the time of this meeting i had no ideal i was buying into the job and did not have the money in hand ,so we agreed to write a check and make a transfer to cover the check an few days later. once the money and paperwork was taken care of the Greg kept in contact to let me to know the progress of the materials and supplies along with the scheduled start up with the roofers start date of 3/11/15 to begin tearing off the roof. I was excited and worried at the time, when the guys started to take off old roofing from each side of the house they discovered that I had more layers than 4 on this house, I received a call at work to see if i could stop at home to discuss the new found problem which means MORE money to take the roofing off because they found (7) total layers on this beast! Greg and i hashed out a price on the extra layers and agreed on the amount as the roofers continued tearing off. This OLD house has (5 dormers) / witches hat @12-12 pitch(4 sided Cone type) / 8-sided sun room/ and 6 x 8 porch --ALL ROOF!! all needed to be taken off, the tear off took about a week -including break down of the chimney and removal of dish. all structure was sound with little or no rafter damage to board over with OSB sheeting to close the roof in, with a great deal of cutting of the OSB to fit all the dormers and angles,this became a very rough and time consuming task. the roofers were great at keeping me in the know and what my thoughts might be, along with any questions that i had. I have to commend the roofers with working throughout a very cold and windy week along with rain and snow to get the job done. good crew of workers --GREAT JOB! I also requested to have a gable vent installed on the west side of the house and a rubberized roof on the porch and a solar roof vent in the witches hat to help vent the attic-which is Included in the quote. Once the roofer started to lay down the metal channels and edges and several layer of shingles on the west side i noticed that the shingles look like there was saggy looking shape to the slope in the roof and asked about how they could change it, I was told that was because when the last several layers were applied- that the roof needed to be built up to allow the drip edge to meet the new layer of shingles and gutters. I was not happy with how that looked and needed to talk to the salesman Greg again about what can be done to correct the problem? what was needed, was to remove the built up edge and replace any material to make the roof fit and look better, once again Greg and I agreed on a price to make the change and the roofers needed to take off all the new roofing they started and remove the material I requested to the roof and reshape the edges. once the edge was rebuilt the new metal roofing reapplied the roof started to take shape very quickly, there was an unbelievable amount of cutting of shingles to the roof of the dormers where two roof lines meet in the valleys and the witches hat, all went well up to- when the sun room 8 sided roof line and the dormer roof meet -all cutting of each piece to finish. re-install the gutters and pickup and before you know it they were done. After about 2 weeks and driving around looking at several other houses with metal roofing i noticed that not one had any bad looking areas on the roof but mine--the one thing i see is that at the end of the valleys on each side of the house all have bare metal exposed which is the first thing i notice now when i drive or walk around my house. I have called to talk to Greg if there is a way to cover those valley ends? Still working on that--- Overall I really like the roof and would recommend Armor Shield and if you call for an appointment i would also request to have a roofer along to evaluate the roof at the beginning to catch any surprises! .

Good quality product. Reasonably priced. Took too long to finish project. Lack of communication concerning work schedule.

Our experience With Armor Shield was great from start to finish. We met Armor Shield at a local home show. They were professional, polite and forthcoming with cost information for us to consider. A representative visited us at our home 2 weeks later at our convenience and answered all our remaining questions about the product, installation, warranty, financing options, etc. We decided to go ahead with the project. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. The workers were very courteous and cleaned up after the job completely. Our first contact at the home show was Feb.8. The job was done and paid for March 21. We love the look and are very satisfied with all aspects of this project. Would we recommend Armor Shield? YES!

It went well. The weather slowed them down a little bit but they did a great job.

Our representative from Armor Shield was right on time for our appointment with him at our home. He did explain the product and installation of this roofing system very well. We liked the product but wanted a few days to consider using this roofing system. We were told if we did not sign at this first meeting, the price would be higher than what he was offering at this meeting. We did NOT appreciate the pressure to sign this contact at this first meeting. He was not local to our Shawano area so we had no personal knowledge of him or his company other than what our neighbor had shared with us as they had their roof done with this company earlier in the year and were very satisfied with the product and the installation. As far as the installation of our roof, it took a lot longer to install. It was initially a 2-3 day project. Extreme cold weather, an unexpected family situation with one of the roofers , and truck/equipment problems (mostly related to the extreme cold temperatures) all added up to a much longer time frame. I believe the workers did their best considering the conditions. Between the snow & cold and some of the work actually being done in the dark before the roofers quit for the day made both my husband and myself concerned if the job was being done properly. We would NEVER install a roof in winter again! I believe the roofers knew their product and roof installation procedures. They were friendly and answered any questions or concerns we had. We both think the finished roof looks great - very attractive on our house! I am so glad we went with the Canyon Shake roof style versus the traditional three tab shingle look.

They were very professional and made cost effective suggestions as to how to replace windows which were not energy efficient.

They installed the windows fine. A couple of white spots below the windows but they explained that is part of the process of installing the windows.

They were very good. I was pleased with they work they did. They were very professional. Completed the jobs promptly. They went above and beyond. They will also be installing gutters and downspouts. They are very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Greg was courteous and knowledgeable about his service and product. He was able to provide us with a custom color for our roof. Installation was done in the time frame promised. The installation crew did a very good job and we are satisfied with both the materials and workmanship of our new lifetime warrantied roof.

Extremely happy with work completed. Home took on a whole new look. Can't hear rain hitting roof. Very quiet.

We had excellent service from purchasing the windows to the installation. So far we are pleased with the windows. They keep the house cooler in the summer. They look fantastic.
