ACE ROOFING

At first I thought they did a good job BUT...... Not all the bad sheeting was replaced - soft spots.The new drip edge was put on over the old rusty drip edge.Never replaced the flashing around the chimney - which continued to leak even after they came back 2-3 times to fix, but never replaced the flashing.I left multiple messages with the owner - until his office number was disconnected and cell phone voice mail box would not accept messages any longer. The last message I got from the owner went something like this ... ' I stopped by today to check out the soft spot by the chimney, you are not going to believe what I found " - never called me again. Not nice. I fixed the leak around the chimney myself. Recently we had our chimney rebuilt and they found an aerosol can of WD40 at the bottom, with a date code close to the same time as when the roof was replaced - not sure who dropped the can, but I am very grateful it never caught on fire.
