AAA Professional Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

Roof looks good from the ground, siding looks better but not really clean, some siding between roofs missed. Brush cleaning is better. Checked gutter in front, was not really clean, still had a layer of roof granules and dirt in it.

I never got a response after I left this place a detailed message specifying the type of work I was requesting. I did read customer feedback and at least one other 'potential' client also did not hear back from this place. Their voice mail message indicated they were closed due to some family issue but listed a return date which happened to be the exact date when I left my detailed message requesting service. Assuming they had a back-log of messages and work, I didn't expect a prompt reply. Instead, I receive no reply.

Tom was very professional and thorough in explaining the process for removal dirt and moss buildup on the roof of my cottage property. Tom stressed that his mild process of cleaning ensured that there would be no damage to the roof from the cleaning process. Tom was prompt and punctual in scheduling and completing this work. The appearance of the roof of my cottage after Tom's work was dramatic. The roof essentially looked brand new. I was very pleased with the work of this company and would strongly recommend Tom to others for this type of project.

Tom Ward, company owner, responded within a day to my request to clean driveway. Did a thorough job that made my driveway look new; also took it on himself to power wash sidewalk.

He did a great job! It was a huge undertaking for a one day project and it took longer than planned but he stood by his estimate. He arrived on time and kept at it until everything was done. Everything turned out great - especially the decking! All the high windows were a challenge but they turned out great. I will definitely call him again.

I initiated contact with AAA on June 30th asking for a quote. As of today I still do not have one. I have emailed numerous times with responses of I will get you one by X date and that date comes and goes. It should not take this long and this much effort to receive a quote for services. Very unprofessional and very displeased.

I will use AAA Professional again. Tom Ward is the owner and sole employee with years of experience. He is efficient (took 2 hrs. 40 min. to do all windows inside and out) and thorough. He also called the day before to confirm the date and time of service. Showed up right on time and got to work. His prices were very competitive. I got his name from Angie's List and agree with the other reviews - "A" company. I will call him again next year!

Tom did a great job cleaning the gutters without making a mess. He Steamed the fungus and mold from the roof and showed me pictures of other spots on the roof that needed attention. He then cleaned those spots right away. He powerwashed the eaves and the side of the house that had some mold. |Tom does an excellent job. He is speedy, efficient and professional. I will be hiring him back next summer to do other work for me.

Very prompt to initial inquiry. Owner does all the work. Accurate estimates. Called to verify appointment date. Also called when we had to reschedule due to inclement weather.

The owner was the washer. He was very punctual and worked the job within a day after we contacted him. His work was very good and we would definitely use him again.

I think they did a great job. They got rid of all the coloration on my roof and then they were done.

This was only the 2nd time in 14 years that we've had the house powerwashed so you can imagine that it was long overdue. Tom was very responsive in getting back to me to come look at the house and give an estimate. Actually getting him here to do the work took longer than I would have liked, but when he finally did give me a date he was there as promised. I think he's pretty well booked up, but if you can afford to wait it's worth it. The house looks fantastic! He did a great job. There was quite a bit of mold on the siding on the north side of the house and he got all of that off. Plus he did some extra items, such as cleaning some mold off our back stairs, at no charge. Unfortunately, we had a small snafu with the invoice, but when I called to discuss it with him he was very accomodating and more than fair in working with me to reach a compromise. I would highly recommend him. We'll definitely go with AAA again.

Excellent job, as before

Tom was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I can see why he has so many repeat customers. I will schedule him again this spring for the same jobs. He also is the sole owner of his business and does ALL of the work himself!
