Hello, and welcome to AAA Professional Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning, my name is Tom Ward, and I am the owner and sole proprietor of this small business. I have been in business in the Green Bay/Appleton area since 1996 and have a thriving business here with many repeat and satisfied customers. I would like to count you among those I presently service. I am a small business owner in our community so unlike some of the larger companies in our area, I am the person who will be at your home to give you a free estimate, and I would be the person who would do all the work for you. I have not, and will never have employees, simply because it's been my experience that they do not always have neither my companies, or the customers best interest at heart. I have a very good track record of showing up on time, being dependable, fair priced, friendly to my customers, and doing good work for them. Many of my customers have been with me for many years. I am a proud member of the Better Business Bureau. I am insured and bonded for all services that I provide. I specialize in residential pressure washing and roof restoration. If you are looking to have black streaking removed from your roof, know that do not pressure wash roofs, I soft wash them. This is basically spraying an oxygen rich solution onto the streaked area, then letting that sit for about 20 minutes. At that point the solution has killed a lot of the algae and fungi that is feeding on the limestone that is in the shingles of your roof. Lastly, I apply a hot water soft wash or rinse to remove all solution on roof, and your shingles are clean again as if new for a long time. No granular loss to your shingles when you clean a roof properly as I do. Many years of experience is vital to do this safely, and clean without granular loss. The hot water rinse is vital in order to kill any living algae or fungi that survived the solution applied earlier. "I am fully aware that it is my customers that allow me to be self employed. Thank you for being one of them. (A little info for the readers of my reviews.) At Pro roof cleaning, I do not hire employees. It has been my experience that customers would much rather have the person that bid the job, do the job. Roof Cleaning professionally takes many years to learn. Every roof has it's own unique challenges. Some of the bigger companies hire people off the street during the busier months. These people do not have the experience to properly and safely Clean a roof. There are companies out there(Pioneer soft wash, window genie...... that use a solution that is in the 70% bleach range. Bleach is toxic. It can dry out the shingles over time, then they curl and you will need to replace. Always ask what solution will be used. Bleach being used for residential cleaning is also illegal. At Pro roof cleaning, only eco-friendly and biodegradable solutions are used. Your roof will be cleaned safely and thoroughly. A blocker will be applied after the cleaning phase is done. I will use AAA Professional again. Tom Ward is the owner and sole employee with years of experience. He is efficient (took 2 hrs. 40 min. to do all windows inside and out) and thorough. He also called the day before to confirm the date and time of service. Showed up right on time and got to work. His prices were very competitive.
