We can not say enough about how happy we are with Deano and his quality work. He was so personable, patient, helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were 💯 satisfied. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. First he is not a general contractor he is a handy man. He has no ability to pull permits. I asked him specifically if he was a gc and was insured. However, he is not a licensed gc. He is a handyman and in order to pull a contract he has to game the system and find someone else to pull them. He always mentions people he "works" with. They are not friends or anything just people he is acquaintances with, who barely know him. Then we failed the inspection because he failed to do his job or to properly manage the people he "knew" Promised to do work only to NOT follow through. Agreed to a price, had a signed contract, have texts confirming that price. It was agreed he would get 1/3 at start, 1/3 halfway through and the final 1/3 at completion. He kept asking for more and more money. Then towards the end jacked up the price we agreed on by about 20k. He was suppossed to be done Aug 1st, then sept 1st, then oct 1st, then oct 15th, then finally dec 15th. Did not finish until the end of Jan beginning of Feb. Kept saying he was done only for me to show up and he was still working on things. Finally just paid him what he BELIEVED was owed just so we could get a qualified contractor in there to clean up the pigsty he left and finish the work properly. My other contractor says he has never seen someone who does this as a living leave a place as bad as he did or do quite as bad of a job as he did. I would highly recommend you find someone who is professional, courteous and does the job right the first time. Also, whenever I brought up things that needed to be done or changed he was rude and short with me. My mother (who owns the house) aas willing to pay someone else to fix his messes because she was so sick of him. Save yourself the trouble Also, the "professional" painters he brought in did not know how to paint and did a horrible job. I did better doing it myself. He also changed the locks then failed to change them back, so now I have to pay for a locksmith. he took things from the house without permission like all my decorative light and outlet covers, the closet organizer. Anything metal he tried to steal in order to scrap it for money. Whenever I asked for these items back he became combative. There is so much more but I hope this gives you an idea of the type of person and handyman he is.

The service provided was excellent. The work was professional and he worked with us to accommodate our schedule. I highly recommend Deano's craftsmanship.

The work was excellent! Ran into issues around the toilet area with rotted sub-floor and he took care of that no problem. The tile on the floor still looks wonderful today with all of the grout still in place. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and the followup to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have used their services many times over the years for other painting and repair work and will not hesitate to call again when a project arises.

The bathroom turned out wonderful. Deano was always on time,and ensured everything looked good. His workmanship showed in his attention to detail. I would highly recommend Deano to anyone who needs to remodel a bathroom!
