Tier1 Home Inspections, LLC

My son is buying his first house and his realtor recommended Tier1 home inspections. With so many companies to choose from, how do you know you are making the right decision? Well, I guess we lucked out with Tier1. Jason spent half the day at my son's prospective house. He looked at absolutely everything. He was extremely thorough, professional and honest with his recommendations. In the evening, we received a detailed report with photos identifying areas of concern. This inspection was money well spent.

I won the free radon test and I have to say, Tier1 was awesome. I had no idea what radon was or what would happen if we had it in our home. Tier1 was quick to set up an appointment that worked with my schedule and was extremely informative as to not only what radon is but what we could do to remedy the problem if the test came back positive. I would deffinatley recommend Tier1 to others, check them and give them a call.
