Nate called right away to get things going, but I had called back to cancel and left a message. He showed up anyway the next day so I went ahead and had him do the work. He also called back to suggest a repair to another issue that he noticed.

Nate was friendly, courteous, prompt and prepared with all the tools he needed, and cleaned up well after completion. Mine was a small job (stretching the carpet in one small room with no furniture), so it's difficult to judge the "value for money"; I hoped it might cost less, but I was happy to have the job done well.
