 + 0 moreThe bottom line is that Dan Wuenne provides exceptional prompt and professional service, particularly in an emergency, at an extremely reasonable price. I will call upon Dan for any future plumbing needs we have.
Description of Work: Our sump pump stopped working and ground water was backing up onto the floor of our finished basement. I initially called the plumbing company that was recommended by the individual who had built our home, but was told there would be a day delay in service. I found Merle Wuenne Plumbing and Pumps, LLC through an online search. I checked the company's Better Business Bureau rating which was A+. Within an hour of calling, Dan Wuenne was at our house and working on a replacement pump. He had to make 2 service calls to the house to add an alarm on the pump that I requested during the first service call.

 + -1 moreMerle was hired to come out and help me determine why my shower/tub faucet would turn off as I turn it to hot. When he came out to check on the problem, the faucet was working fine! He certainly could have charged me for the trip, but did not. THANK YOU! Maybe I can have him check out that rattle in my car too :-)

 + 0 moreWe initially called another plumber who was going on vacation and using Merle as a cover for him. We were so happy with Merle and his son that we have stuck with them. Merle is always VERY quick to return phone calls and fast to come over. He is reasonably priced and only charged us $20 to fix a leak when the people who installed our dishwasher didn't do it right. Merle finished our work fast and we had him quote on re-doing our bathroom. He came in $500 less than everyone else, and we will use him when we're ready for that project!
Description of Work: They fixed a leaky bathroom sink, leaky kitchen sink, replaced kitchen sink pipes under the counter, and added a water tube for the new refrigerator ice dispenser.
