Description of Work: I called for a new garage door/door repair and the man just talked me through what the problem was and how to fix it. He told me he was so far away he'd have to charge me more for the drive here than the part/repair was worth. He then told me what was wrong, how it should be fixed, what the part should cost and how long it should take. He gave me a dollar amount and told me if I received an estimate for more than that, to tell them to get lost. I ended up fixing it myself (okay, my husband helped a little bit) with a $3 part from a big box store. Character and integrity - this company has that and when I do need a new garage door, I will call them and only them.

Description of Work: WHEN CLOSING GARAGE DOOR WITH AUTOMATIC SYSTEM, THE DOOR WOULD POP BACK OPEN WITHOUT ANYTHING INTERFERING TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN. ALSO VERY NOISY WHEN CLOSING. SPRING REPLACED, OPERATOR LIMITS RESET, AND LUBRICATED SPRINGS AND HARDWARE.
