Excellent service, professional and kind. We had door locks that were worn out. Never thought we'd need to replace them, but once Mr. Deskalo came, he first checked to see if the locks were salvageable. Once he determined they were not he replaced locks and doorknobs. He has a professional and kind manner, was prompt in responding to our call, in fact he came the next day, and gave us new locks . We will use him again and I will recommend him without question and with full confidence.

Perfectly! He tripled checked locks and asked me to check that all the locks worked, with all the newly cut keys! He also was very kind reset my garage opener and remote (battery too) and reset the number panel on the outside of the garage. Guess what? Everything is working great and as it should.

First of all I called David on Saturday evening around 8:00pm. I did not expect a response until Sunday or even Monday morning. Well, I was wrong. David did reply (via text) and next morning we already set up appointment. He shows up even early as we arrange, was really professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

David showed up promptly and discovered that the clearance between the main door and the screen/storm door was inadequate, due to an existing brass doorknob on the storm door; and old heavy steel framed door. David developed a custom solution to the problem that worked well at a minimal extra charge. The work could not be completed on the same day because a special knob had to be ordered. David notified us and installed the ordered part the day it came in. We are very happy with the new lock and the fine service. We highly recommend David Deskalo. He is a knowledgeable professional craftsman with old world values, which are rare these days.

First, Deskalo answered the phone and was able to visit my rental property the next day. I am always shocked at how unresponsive other contractors are, so from an responsiveness standpoint he was excellent. Then the project was not quite a standard lock installation - the door was old with odd lock dimensions. Deskalo found a solution and installed it the next day. Great responsiveness, great quality, price seemed fair. The way small contract jobs are supposed to go!

First, let me say that Dave was the only locksmith who answered my call. I got a reference from a friend but that locksmith told me to call back in an hour and when I did, he didn't answer the phone. I called another locksmith on Angie's List but had to leave a message. No one returned the call. Dave answered on the first call and said he would be there in about 90 minutes. He was, got the door opened in a few minutes and had a new lock installed shortly after that. He even helped me get my frozen overhead garage door open! The temperature here tomorrow is supposed to be dangerously cold so I appreciate being able to have access to my garage again.

They were fantastic at always answering the phone when I called, even late at night. They are helpful at answering questions and even came back out on Christmas Eve to help me get one of the locks I couldn't get the key in fixed.

this company came ahead of the scheduled appointment time, installed one deadbolt in a steel door and others in wood doors, rekeyed two other locks, replaced a broken one at no cost. He worked quickly but took care of detail. I am very happy with this locksmith and would use them again.

We needed to rekey our house due to the theft of our house key in a pouch. I called him Monday morning and explained the situation. He came to our house by noon and had the locks rekeyed/replaced within an hour. His work was well done and he recommended a better lock for our front door. He noticed our back door needed new screws in the frame and did this without charge. I was very pleased with his work.

I called David and sent him photos of the locks so that he could come with the correct finish on the lock sets and passage lock set. David worked with our manager on site who was very happy with his keeping the appointment that was set up three days in advance. Since we are a secure building with all entrance/exit doors locking we needed service as quickly as possible. David did a great job and we will use him in the future. We felt he was very fair and appreciated that we called him late on Wed. and he came out on Friday morning.

He arrived on time and made both keys work in short order. I ended up with two keys for less than the price several other facilities quoted for one.
