David came the same day in the time frame they had promised, he was courteous and effficient and had my 5 locks changed and new keys ready within half an hour. I would definitely use Desalko again and now find myself checking for other locks they can service. So nice to find the right person for the job! We were very pleased. A+

He was friendly and really nice, and was able to make me spare keys for the locks right there so I didn't have to make that extra trip to the hardware store.
