Description of Work: We recieved 3 quotes on getting a new roof put on our home plus soffit, facia, and seamless gutters. Jeremy's quote came in the lowest but we decided to go with him because of his professionalism and a few referrals...not just price. We were VERY pleased with the work, promptness and professionalism of not only Jeremy but of ALL of his awesome employees! He/they made some suggestions and we changed a few things and also had to jack up a sagging roof which was not in the quote. We were worried as to what the final bill would be with all the "extras" that had to be done. When Jeremy called with the final bill...it was LESS than the quote! He could of added more $$ and we would not have known the difference since they had preformed a few unexpected little jobs and went above and beyond. At the same time we were remodeling a bedroom and had gutted it to the studs. I asked Jeremy what the price would be to insulate, drywall and finish the room plus install a large window and restud a 5ft closet door. Needless to say the price was right and they finished the room beautifully.....and we still only paid what the original quote was!!
