 + 0 moreI was satisfied with the actual install of the windows when I finally did receive the service. Very unprofessional office staff. For that reason alone I would not recommend the company, its sad that one person would cause me to write this review. The woman I spoke to multiple times in the office was extremely unprofessional, multiple excuses for the wait on the windows (5 months late), laughing a me when I asked to speak to someone else, making clicking noises into the phone when she was checking her paperwork and would not respond back to voicemails.
Description of Work: We replaced all the windows in the home.

Description of Work: They provided and installed (4) vinyl double-hung windows. They showed up on the appointed date, and completed the work to my satisfaction. I was originally given a 5-7 week time frame from the contract date, but the windows were delivered and installed in 10 weeks. The delay did not matter as the windows were installed in a seasonal cabin, which was closed for winter.

 + 1 moreThey did a fabulous job. They probably had 300 man hours. They were pretty impressive. I'd recommend them to anyone. They were all professionals. It is a family run organization and they cover pretty much the whole state. I am very impressed with the windows and they were top notch. Quality all the way! If you want to see pictures, go to their website.
Description of Work: I had windows, siding, and doors done. I had doors sagging and frames expanded.
