Todd quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them efficiently. Quality work, reasonable price, very knowledgeable and friendly. Also corrected hanging of interior door and cabinet door.

Todd was on time and professional!! He told me prior to installation that i may need door jam extensions there were NO surprises!! The work was completed the same day even worked through the rain to get it done!! Installed Locks and handles everything worked great!! I would highly recommend Todd!! Todd did previous work at my home, (Closet Doors), and asked him if he could put a roof on my Pergola. The work was finished in basically a day and I now have a covered patio.

HE QUICKLY EXCHANGED IT & INSTALLED IT WITH NO PROBLEM. HE HAD TO GET A KIT ALSO. WENT TO MENARDS TWICE, ONCE FOR THE KIT & ONCE FOR THE EXCHANGE.

I couldn’t be more pleased. Todd procured the doors, and came over Saturday at 7:30 A.M., (yep, he works 7 days a week), measured the height of the closet and cut the bottom of the doors to size. I purchased the stain I wanted and Todd left about 9:30 with the doors to stain them. He returned at 3:30 P.M. with the finished stained doors and installed them. Future projects will be entrusted with Todd.

My husband and I discovered that a gable vent on the house had come loose on Friday, 11/2 and was hanging open, but was still attached on the bottom. My husband made a number of calls to see if a roofer or handyman could come to fix the vent on Saturday, 11/3, before the arrival of predicted heavy rains and winds on Sunday, 11/4. Todd responded and said he could come at 9:30 am CT on 11/3. The next day Todd called before 9:30 am and asked if we could email him photos of the section of the house with the loose gable so he would know what tools and size ladder to bring. We complied and within minutes of sending the photos, Todd called back to confirm their receipt. He arrived at the house promptly at 9:30 am CT. He was courteous and professional. He went up the ladder to assess the situation, then explained what he was going to do and did it. He even showed us the cause of the vent coming loose--it had been stapled instead of screwed in. He applied screws to the vent, cleaned up and was soon on his way. My husband and I were very pleased with the service Todd provided, felt the cost was reasonable and would use his services again.

Todd wanted to start work the week after I contacted him, and I specifically asked for him to start in two weeks due to my schedule – not only did I tell him directly while speaking with him on the phone, but I left a voicemail as well. He showed up the next week anyhow. The work was adequate but overall it was sloppy. Angle cuts were needed and he cut them a little off leaving 3/16” gaps that were rather poorly filled in with caulk. Board lengths were not matched on the two pieces that make up the corner trim, so one is shorter than the other. All of the boards were cut with a circular saw which left rough splintered ends. I had to ask him to fix 3 different problems that were very obvious. On one corner a piece did not meet up with the fascia and in that same spot another piece was cut with a rounded instead of straight edge. One board had bark running through it so that a whole section was only connected by two spots of about 1/4” of solid wood. And one corner on the front was cut totally differently than the other corner. He left all of the debris in a pile on my driveway. He also added to my final bill for extra materials needed but did not speak to me about it first.

Probably the BEST overall experience since we began our home remodeling. Todd was prompt (actually 15 min early) ready to go to work, professionally dressed, friendly. Got the doors shortened, cleaned up & actually charged LESS than quoted!!! We've been looking for "our guy" & Todd is the "guy" we'll always call. A1 experience!!!

The estimate was done over the phone and Todd was true to the figure he gave. He was on time, worked quickly, and obviously is very experienced in installing doors. We talked to him about another project we were contemplating doing, he gave us an estimate, told us exactly what to purchase and we will be seeing him again in the next week to complete that one. Very knowledgeable and nice guy!

Todd responded to our inquiry and showed up right on time on the day that he did the work. Our house is old and the door frame on the inside is partially covered by knotty pine paneling and moulding which would be a job to remove and more cost. Todd was able to work around the problem by replacing the door from the outside rather from the inside which is the usual way it's done. He handled the job smoothly and with little hesitation. Doors are his favorite things to work on!

They did such a good job. Excellent. Everybody should use them.

He arrived at the precise time he said (a rarity now). I can't believe how quickly he installed the doors. They look great. Extremely professional and very nice. Already hired him for another job.

Our home is 100 years old and the doors were original. They were very oddly shaped and we needed to custom order our doors. Todd came the next day after my phone call was placed. He measured both doors and gave us very precise instructions on what needed to be ordered and where the best place was to do so. He did a fantastic work on a very tough job. He installed the two doors, storm door, and had to trim each door again. Would recommend him to anyone.

Good job. Todd is skilled at this and was very efficient. Probably should have scheduled a visit prior to beginning the job just to make sure I’d ordered everything. I misinterpreted that the trim was not included in the prehung door so I could have been better prepared with the trim.
