Three or four guys came out each day and it took about five days. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. There were some issues with some spots they missed but they came back out to cover them up. I would definitely recommend their service to anybody, they should expect prompt quotes, being on site the same day I made the request and had a quote for us that evening, and he had his crew on site within two days to start the service.

This company is owned and operated by Joseph Karls. He also has (according to the internet) another company named MG Painting LLC. He left half of the holes unpatched. He left some areas with only 1 coat of paint, (contracted for primer and 2 coats on all walls and ceiling) with color underneath showing through. He a huge mess with all plastic drop cloths, roller covers and other painting supplies piled into and spilling out of the garbage container. Paint spills and spatters were all over the wall to wall carpeting, which did not come out even after we had the carpeting professionally cleaned. When contacted about replacing the damaged carpeting, Mr. Karls promised to replace, or pay for replacement of same, but has not made good on his promise 3 months later.

The painters got large paint splotches all over our carpet. Our carpet was partially covered up by drop cloths, boxes and debris and we did not realize until after we had paid him that he had left such a mess. We contacted Joe, who admitted fault, promised to replace our carpeting, he has been putting us off since the beginning of June, it is now the middle of August. He had told us to get estimates and he would pay them- At this point he claims he can not afford to take care of this. I would never hire him again, ever. And I would strongly urge others not to hire him either.

Unfortunately, our experience with TDS Quality Painting was nothing short of a disaster. Hired to remove wallpaper, patch our walls and paint both walls, doors and trim (a big job) in the late spring/early summer 2012, they were unprofessional from the start. They were often late (or no shows), regularly had to be asked to clean up after themselves, and the project ran over multiple deadlines. All of this could have been excused had their quality been at least acceptable. Rather, it was so bad that their own insurance company has quoted our damages to be over $7000 in repairs. There is paint on every single piece of window hardware, all over the woodwork, ceiling and on walls that were not supposed to be painted, and some on our family room carpet. There are drips and streaks everywhere. Rather than making sure they removed all wallpaper glue before painting, they just went ahead and painted right over it - which you can see plain as day. The sand texturing they applied to our walls is just a series of badly applied clumps. They didn't bother to caulk any of the trim, and the trim lines on the ceiling are laughable. We are reasonable people, and gave them multiple chances to fix their mistakes. Yet two scheduled meetings were blown off and the owner has refused to acknowledge multiple calls/emails to address our very documented, independently supported concerns. The story goes on, but if you are considering hiring TDS, I encourage you to look elsewhere.
