+ -1 moreHe had received my phone number and address from another contractor. He called me and I told him I didn t want the job done. He still came out to my home and told me what needed to be done. I told him I need the work done but couldn't afford it. He said he would have hired a sub-contractor.
Description of Work: I wanted them to wire brush the cement wall, caulk any seams and paint the wall with dry-lock (moisture resistant paint).
