He is quick, but not very thorough. Outside, he was supposed to feather where he scraped, and he didn't feather. Inside, he used a roller, but he didn't blend the paint from the roller strokes together so you can see dark areas and light areas. I had to have him go back over it. He seemed to not like to mask, he seemed to want to trust his own hand, which worked out fine in some areas, but we had some paint splatters on the rug, and I had to do a lot of the tarping and masking myself. He worked a full day every day and banged the job out in 3 or 4 days. He was fast and inexpensive, but low on the quality end. His price was less than a third of the estimate that I got from the only other person who responded to me. If I hadn't been in a budget crunch I would have used the other painter.
Description of Work: He did an interior and exterior painting project on a 2000 square foot house, which included the walls, ceilings, and the entire exterior.
