She responded immediately and consulted at our home regarding the wallpaper we had chosen (which turned out to be defective, and probably not the best choice and was returned). She provided excellent advice, even though the advice may have made it easier to handle the task on our own! We chose a new wallpaper and when it was ordered we contacted her to schedule the work. She was everything we expect in a real KNOWLEDGEABLE professional. She was prompt, clean, and most importantly, did an excellent job. Our expectations are admittedly high. We are careful about making recommendations. We would not hesitate to recommend her.
